This proposal includes a modular grid system and a comprehensive list of items incorporated in my logo and branding projects.

A contract for logo design and branding services.

This contract is designed for informational purposes only. This means that it should not be considered legal advice, and users should seek legal counsel to ensure that it meets their specific needs and requirements.

The contract outlines the terms and conditions of the agreement between the client and the designer, including the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. It is designed to provide clarity and protection for both parties involved in the logo design and branding process.

Invoice (AI)

A 1-page invoice template, used for all my projects.

It boasts a simple, old-school design, yet remains clean and packed with all the necessary information.

Questionnaire (PDF)

A logo design questionnaire, utilized for logo and branding projects.

I employ Google Forms as the platform for this questionnaire, enabling easy data storage and convenient client access through a provided link.

Logo Roadmap (AI)

The logo roadmap is the initial document I create after conducting thorough research on the brand and extracting relevant data from the questionnaire and client discussions. This roadmap includes vital information for logo development, such as basic brand details, logo keywords, and logo style. The logo keywords are visually represented as building blocks.

Grids (AI)

A set of fundamental grids that I utilize in my sketching process.

This set includes classic square-based and isometric grids, and more advanced grids, which are readily available for printing in A4 format.

Symbol Presentation (INDD)

A logo presentation example based on a real-life client.

Font Presentation (INDD)

Color Presentation (AI)

Logo Style Guide (AI)

A 14-page logo style guide, or logo book, contains all the key details about the logo lockups, positions, symbol construction, logotype, and a few mockups using a real-life example.

File Exports (AI)

This is an example of the final folder I share with my clients, including different file types. I also provide a small JPG document to help clients better understand the files.

Logo Style Sheet (AI)

A logo style sheet is very useful for clients when they need a quick overview of their colors, lockups, and logo. It can be a part of small-budget projects as an informational document or an extra in big-budget projects where a logo style guide or brand book is included. It is a must-have.

Transfer of Copyright (AI)

Occasionally, clients will ask for a signed document confirming their ownership of the files and logo created for them. This document serves that purpose.

Font

Every template utilizes a free font from Google, with the font (Inter) being included as an integral component of the product.
